The following foods may be beneficial for migraine sufferers:

* Green tea
* Buckwheat & Rice crackers - in moderation
* Millet & Rice crackers - in moderation
* These can he consumed with Nut Paste, or home made Bean Mix
* Quinoa & Buckwheat grains - gluten free
* Consume fibre and protein when eating foods that are high on the GI - it helps to effectively    lower the Glycemic Index by    reducing the speed at which the sugar is absorbed
* Increase good quality protein sources
* Consume ORGANIC coconut oil
* Consume ORGANIC eggs - it is very important that the eggs are organic only, and not just    free range
